Rod Taylor

Rod Taylor is known for his depictions of the figure and nude which conceptually and visually extend the traditional boundaries of representation. For this exhibition, he has gone even further, abandoning brush and palette for digital technology instead. Taylor uses his imaging technology to evoke a three-dimensional world. With the technology, he says he is “capable of producing pictorial representations that were never previously feasible and which I believe will be seen in the future to define the pictorial representation of our age”.
