Reflecting on the year that is brings us into the present to plan for the future. Art Almanac is asking you to do the same – starting with this reply from our Editor, Chloe Mandryk.
‘Protecting what you love comes with great responsibility and reward. This photo is from a show I curated in March that was cut short — the premise was “Today I, Tomorrow You” a call to individual and collective action on climate change. So, sustainability is the grounding concept for me this year and going forward, as I read Dr Seuss to my child I’m reminded ‘Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not’.’ — Chloe Mandryk, Art Almanac Editor
