Tjyllyungoo Lance Chadd is a Bibbulmun Nyoongar/Budimia Yamatji artist whose work reflects on Aboriginal spirituality and connection to Country. The Boorongurup (Porongorup Ranges) hold a particular focus for him, they are the oldest granite formation on Earth and are an important Winartj (sacred site) for Bibbulmun Peoples. Tjyllyungoo’s dream-like paintings embody the spirit and energy of the land and his ancestors.
