Marking the artist’s first Australian solo exhibition since relocating from the United States, Yehonatan Koenig is known for ink on paper and textile works where form emerges from formlessness – where meaning flickers into being, before dissolving again.
Inviting viewers to engage with perception itself, entering a space where cognition falters and wonder begins, the artist – working with ink, thread, light and code – engages in a philosophical experiment in the creation of meaning; where diagrams of thought appear poised between order and entropy.
