Sawtooth ARI presents ‘soft’, an exhibition of works celebrating gender, sexuality and queerness across four gallery spaces to include: ‘Clove Hitch’, a discussion on body and identity politics through meditations on transformation, agency, sensuality, and imagination; ‘Yours Queerly’, showcasing textiles in progressive and object-based forms, which seek to draw an affinity between the human body and textiles; Olly Read explores the metamorphic nature of flesh in ‘I Touch Myself’; and, ‘Insight’ celebrates the importance of inclusion, diversity and connection.
