Jean Bennett and Lyne Marshall: The Space in Between

The artworks are placed strategically to evoke multiple possibilities. Art is about revealing the hidden; a way into other realities and other personalities.

Jean Bennett’s sculptural figures and encaustic paintings speak of stories untold, of hidden places deep inside, connecting through the embodied encounters of form and space. Lyne Marshall’s ethereal paintings engage with her encaustic works to blur the edges between reality and knowledge, adding a spirit of mystery and intrigue. Their stories touch and twine, offering threads of different hues which meet in the in-between spaces.
