Sculpture by the Sea calls for volunteers!

Sculpture by the Sea is an internationally recognised free to the public, annual exhibition held along the coastal walk between Bondi and Tamarama and are currently calling out to all enthusiastic people who are interested in volunteering at this year’s exhibition from October 23 to November 9.

‘Sculpture by the Sea’ is a not for profit organisation and would not be able to run the exhibition to the high standard it has reached without the help of dedicated volunteers who provide invaluable support to both the staff and the general public.

As a volunteer you will experience what it is like to work behind the scenes on this large-scale production.

Last year there were over 100 volunteers who generously donated their time to assist with the runnings of the exhibition. Opportunities can vary from working in the site office and assisting the Site Crew with maintaining the exhibition site to conducting visitor surveys or staffing the catalogue and information marquees.

‘Sculpture by the Sea’ aims to provide volunteers with a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, to experience the excitement of the exhibition first hand and to gain an insight into the production and management of a major arts event.
