The public are invited to explore the selection of contemporary sculptural artworks in the ‘Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition’ and award, now in its 20th year. The festival aims to bring community, art, culture, and business together in a village atmosphere while supporting artists working in the field of sculpture with a chance to exhibit and sell their work.
A catalogue and map are available from shops to guide visitors around the exhibition, on sidewalks, past shops, cafés and boutiques and in the pharmacy, dental and doctor surgery windows. All sculptures are for sale and can be purchased from Blooms the Chemist. Be sure to see the winning work my at home (2020) by artist Pattie Beerens. Free event, on show until 13 June 2021.
