Celebrating its fourteenth anniversary, this year’s Petite Miniature Textiles features forty-six works by thirty-four artists and groups and selected by guest curator Cara Johnson – whose craft-based practice interrogates narratives and tensions connected to the ways land is treated and used.
This biennial exhibition showcases innovative textile practice in small scale, extending it through a diversity of artists and approaches from across Australia. Next year, it will tour to JamFactory at Seppeltsfield, South Australia, where it will run 5 February to 25 April 2027.
