A selection of short-listed works for the 2016 Bankwest Art Prize for Sculpture have been on display for several months now at Perth’s Bankwest Place; inviting members of the public – from the art lover, to the critic, to the passerby – to vote for their favourite artwork.
The votes have now been counted and the $5,000 People’s Choice Award winner has been decided.

Bailey’s winning piece is titled Tick tick tickardy tock (2016), an ingenious, quirky and humorous artwork constructed from found materials including clocks, wheels, seeds and horns.
