Donna Davis: Unseen

Donna Davis explores the intersections between art and science for ‘Unseen’. Through installation, interactive sculpture and digital media the artist presents a philosophical and creative vision of the reciprocity between plant and fungi species. Davis traces how the unseen connections of these intricate ecosystems interact, and in unison nourish and sustain our living planet. This work, in collaboration with the Queensland Herbarium is the culmination of a 52-week field study at Purga Nature Reserve near Ipswich, Queensland.
