In its 37th year, the ‘Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award’ supported by Little Creatures Brewing, is a national award for print and artists’ books and is held in high regard right across the country. The award exhibition presents a diverse and engaging overview of contemporary Australian printmaking.
This diversity is embraced by the award’s judges and artists alike, attracting entries from artists working at various stages of their careers and from all parts of the country. The breadth and quality of the 56 works selected for this year’s exhibition demonstrates the constantly evolving technical processes affiliated with this broad and important medium.
