Melbourne’s newest contemporary art space, G3 Artspace, opens next week with Requiem by Megan Evans.
As part of Kingston Arts, curator-coordinator Justin Gayner has created the space to focus on newer forms of contemporary art such as installation and multi-disciplinary practices, and will show the work of both emerging and establish artists.
Requiem is the perfect launch for this exciting new suburban space, with the show by Megan Evans comprised of over 500 photographs, two video pieces and drawings, exploring connectivity, planetary degradation and loss.
Requiem will open on Wednesday April 11, 6-8pm and continue until May 19. Join the artist for a floor talk on April Saturday 21.
