James Rogers: Tunnelvision

With a lifelong passion for surfing and the sea, James Rogers’ work engages with the rhythms and building blocks of life, reflecting on gravity, on organic structure, on movement and pattern. He leads us to experience the reciprocal relationships between parts and wholes, with forms which are crafted from sturdy materials but seem captured in their natural, active state. ‘Tunnelvision’ surveys the past decade of the contemporary sculptor’s practice.
