Lucas Grogan is a Melbourne based artist who uses needlepoint, installation, painting and drawing to explore themes of isolation, inclusion and cultural collisions, through an autobiographical lens.
‘The End of the World’ is his latest body of work and sees him continuing this exploration borrowing and appropriating tribal motifs and ideas of ‘primitive art’, to blur the ideas of cultural references, remaining at all times non-specific.
