Nick Mount: Hot Glass

Nick Mount’s passion for hot glass sculpting was ignited at the Gippsland School of Art as a student in 1972. Mount has been practicing in the field for more than forty years and returns to the Gippsland region with an exhibition of works from the last decade sourced from various collections in Australia and the United States.

Drawing on centuries old knowledge unique to this art form Mount produces works that are characterised by astounding artistry and conceptual innovation.
