Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre presents, in their K Space Gallery, Pandanus, an exhibition of new work showcasing the weaving talents of Julie Ashley, Noreena Ashley, and Rita Cameron from Djilpin Arts in Wugularr/Beswick, in remote Northern Territory. Their works include Mukuys, string bags, sun mats, and other items important to their community and the region. The objects presented by Djilpin Arts are hand-made and extend cultural traditions that go back generations in Central Arnhem Land.
