TECHSTYLE Series 1.0: Ariadne’s Thread

MILL6 Foundation in Hong Kong is a not-for-profit initiative that occupies a space originally built by the Nan Fung Group in the early 1960s in Tsuen Wan to house cotton mills. Today, MILL6 holds exhibitions and diverse public programs to encourage dialogue about the textile industry. Their group show ‘TECHSTYLE Series 1.0: Ariadne’s Thread’ will highlight the relationship between women and technology. Australian artist Tina Havelock Stevens a.k.a White Drummer will perform on the opening night and exhibit a video work alongside international multi-media artists Dara Birnbaum, Cao Fei, Vvzela Kook, Rachel Maclean, Natacha Nisic, Sputniko!, Magdalen Wong and Ji Hye Yeom.
