Forty finalists selected from an entry pool of more than 750 entries for this prestigious $100,000 award for portraiture, The Lester Prize, are on display in the Centenary Galleries at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. The showcase features portraits by both emerging and professional artists in the running for the major prize of $50,000. Winners will be announced on 15 October.
