A highly appealing exhibition of contemporary Australian artworks, ‘Glassimations’ bridges the material divide of glass and animation to create a new way of viewing glass art. The exhibition is part of the ‘Canberra Glassworks’ 100 Days of Glass’ for the Centenary of Canberra.
Artists include: Lienors Torre, Tom Moore, Mark Elliott and Jack McGrath, Dierdre Feeney and Lee Whitmore. Each of these artists engages with their material in unique and innovative ways, all of which turn the traditions of practice on its head.
