Melbourne-based artist Karen Hopkins explores an appreciation of the Elements: fire, water, earth and air. Through this exhibition Hopkins also expresses human interaction with the elements: an appreciation of their delicate balance and as inter-connecting threads of life.
Vibrant paintings and small mixed media sculptures are the vessels through which Hopkins explores these elements’ energy, their impact on different environments, and how they create and transform the world.
