After closing almost two years ago, Town Hall Gallery relaunches with expanded exhibition spaces, a new gallery store and an innovative program for 2014.
‘Marker: 10 Years of the Town Hall Gallery Collection’ highlights 10 years of active collecting supported by the City of Boroondara. Featuring 65 artworks from 23 artists, ‘Marker’ celebrates acquisitions from the last decade, some of which will be on display for the first time. The exhibition includes John Brack, Fred Williams, Eric Thake, Robert Clinch, Helen Maudsley, Matthew Sleeth and Selina Ou, among other artists.
This public collection of art fosters a strong sense of community identity through a rich artistic history – it is a collection for all to enjoy.
