This group exhibition includes work by Sidney Nolan, Arthur Boyd and Jamie Boyd marking the centenary of Nolan’s birth. Jamie has selected the pieces on show charting these contemporaries’ contribution to modernism and our understanding of art as a powerful vehicle to communicate struggle and the darker reaches of the human condition. Keeping the balance, Jamie’s paintings offer a dream-like quality with vibrant colours and curious protagonists.
