The Sum of Us celebrates the work by a group of students brought together during a botanical art course in Perth, run by fellow student and artist Margaret Oversby. Maimunah Abdullah, Jennifer Amer, Margaret Bradford-Seeley, Robyn Edwards, Susan Perrett, and Jeanne Scott met with Oversby in regular sessions to pursue their passion and explore various styles of botanical art, predominantly in watercolour. Oversby has since passed away; this exhibition acknowledges her role in forming this diverse, supportive, and talented group, with a selection of her works on display.
