Walking Through the Darkness muses on the balance between light and darkness in photography, celebrating the medium’s potential to witness, record and remember new landscapes and impressions, combat censorship, and adjust our lenses to refocus on forgotten or suppressed histories; to evoke new ways of thinking and seeing.
Featuring work by local and international artists: Rushdi Anwar, Liss Fenwick, Seiichi Furuya, Buzz Gardiner, Amos Gebhardt, Ori Gersht, Todd Hido, Rinko Kawauchi, Fassih Keiso, Li Yang, Morganna Magee, Chloe Dewe Mathews, Georgia Metaxas, Darren Tanny Tan, and Vanessa Winship.
