The annual Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (NATSIAA) showcases the best in Australian Indigenous art by contemporary artists from across Australia. In 2021, the 38th ‘Telstra NATSIAA’ exhibition showcases the work of 65 finalists working in a range of art forms and media, including painting, video, photography, installation, weaving and textiles. Together, they demonstrate the richness and diversity of current contemporary Indigenous artistic practice and the power of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices within the visual arts. Winners announced on Friday 6 August.
