A global brand, the Affordable Art Fair returns to Sydney for its second iteration at Winx Stand, Royal Randwick Racecourse, from 15 to 18 June, showcasing fifty-six galleries and artist collectives exhibiting a diverse range of new and original contemporary art, from delicate watercolours to oil portraits and limited-edition prints, “affordably” priced between $100 to $10,000.
Highlights to explore are the Discover: Young Talent platform, spotlighting five new emerging artists under the age of thirty-five; Creative Hub, in collaboration with TAFE NSW Art Hub, offering a series of educational workshops; Children’s Art Studio encouraging budding artists to let their imagination run wild; and Access Partner Studio A presenting a curation of art with 100% of proceeds helping the organisation pave professional pathways for creatives with intellectual disabilities.
