Contemporary artworks and popular fairy tales are paired in this show which observes the ability of each medium to articulate, question, and propose solutions to the challenges of the world. Power, injustice and exploitation have been identified as key themes in this group exhibition, in which Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel and The Little Mermaid start a dialogue with works by international artists, as well as Patricia Piccinini, Amanda Marburg, Tracey Moffatt and Peter Ellis.
