TAFE students at the Pimlico Cultural Arts Centre in collaboration with community elders present an exhibition to increase awareness of their local heritage through vibrant paintings of Townsville’s native wildlife and cultural creation stories.
This project aims to reinvigorate, develop and maintain the environmental and cultural values of the Garbutt Natureway area through cultural education of the wildlife, environmental, and cultural heritage values of the parkland.
