‘Stock Still’ is a collection of works from the collection of curator and art consultant Helen Maxwell. Maxwell has been dealing and collecting art for more than 20 years.
This special exhibition celebrates the significant collection by exhibiting and offering the works for sale for the first time since acquired for the collection. Work by both Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists will be on display. Artists include Joyce Allen, Barbara Hanrahan, Judy Watson, Namiyal Bopiri, Lidia Groblicka, Patsy Payne, Nancy Gaymala Yunupingu, Jennifer Taylor and many others.
