Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition

Curated by Malcolm Thomson, Melbourne’s Crepe Myrtle tree-lined Toorak Road in Toorak Village has transformed into a public gallery with ninety-nine contemporary sculptural works on display in the shop windows of small businesses and side streets, with large sculptures bolted along the sidewalks, along with eleven permanent pieces purchased by Toorak Village businesses from previous exhibitions.

This year, three non-acquisitive prizes were awarded to three sculptural artists, including Orchard Piper $10,000 Award recipient Owen Hammond and his piece titled Cornucopia – No 08 displayed at Nick Vrettas Jewels.
