Central Australia-based artist Sarah Brown’s paintings reflect a deep connection to the landscape.

Showing her admiration of the land and its people, Brown captures the beauty of regal ghost gums, spinifex and waterholes, celebrating the rugged, remote environment the artist calls home. Featuring luminous acrylic on linen works, with blues and reds and titles like Yulara Scrub, On the Nyrippi Road, West Macs Looking East, and Balgo Dusk, the paintings of Acts of Endurance give the artist’s perspective on the environment’s natural appeal and resilience.
