From 8 to 10 June 2019 the ‘Bay of Fires Winter Arts Festival’ invites art lovers to the East Coast of Tasmania, from Four Mile Creek to St Marys, Scamander and Binalong Bay, to celebrate the vibrant and diverse creative output of Tasmanian-based artists and craftspeople. The program includes workshops, demonstrations, performance and music, an Arts Trail, gallery exhibitions, artist open studios and the announcement of the winners of the Bay of Fires Art Prize. Bringing the festivities to a close on Sunday 9 June the Bay of Fires Arts Market offers a chance for visitors to browse an array of artisan stalls and buy artworks directly from the makers, on at St Helens from 10am to 3pm.
