Revealed Exhibition: New & Emerging WA Aboriginal Artists

Revealed offers a unique snapshot of emerging Aboriginal art practice across remote, regional, and metropolitan Western Australia, with over 250 works on display, including painting, installation, textiles, photography, print, video, weaving and sculpture by 100 artists from one of twenty-nine art centres or of independent representation.

Works are informed by enduring custom and tradition or speak to contemporary politics, life, and society: “revealing rich and multi-layered cultural conversations about our histories, our lives and our belongings,” says Fremantle Arts Centre Visual Arts Curator Glenn Iseger-Pilkington.
