façade: Textile and Fibre Arts Exhibition

This exhibition of textile and fibre artworks demonstrates the Australian Textile & Surface Design Association Inc’s (ATASDA) stunning diversity within the textile art world. It showcases members’ artworks in the traditional and not so customary techniques, that may be combined with conventional materials and techniques like dyeing, felting, weaving, machine embroidery, surface embellishment, discharge, cloth construction, knitting, hand embroidery and printing.

ATASDA’s artists have created a range of utilitarian, decorative, wearable and meaningful two-dimensional and three-dimensional works.
