The state-wide FRAN (Feminist Renewal Art Network) FEST event takes an alternative approach to feminist art, steering away from distinct second (1960s) and third-wave (1990s) categories to ride a more contemporary current. In celebration of the festival, ‘Four Decades Six Artists’ brings together South Australian artists; Silvana Angelakis, Loene Furler, Deborah Sleeman, Talia Wignall, Laura Wills and Eleanor Zecchin working across a range of media.
