Lisa Tomasetti: Happy After Ever – North of the Equator

The vast and frozen landscape of Iceland is the stage for Lisa Tomasetti’s grand tribute to the medium of photography in this new body of work that celebrates the potential of the art form, drawing inspiration from the iconography of the Grand Masters. The artist says her choice of subject and location was informed by the desire to represent ‘photography’s tectonic shift form analogue to digital, forming new alloys and new ways of seeing… explore how digital disruption has altered photographic processes forever.’
