Amanda Davies Solo Commission 2025; Reunion: Reflections on the Portraits of Owen Lade reimagines Lade’s poignant portrait paintings, transforming his solitary child figures – for which he is best known – into dynamic group compositions. By exploring relationships between sitters and artist, Davies introduces new narratives and deepens connections. The exhibition integrates existing works from the Devonport Regional Gallery and Luke Wagner’s collection, enriching the dialogue between past and present.
