Works of Gestures of Care were made by families involved in Family by Family – a peer-to-peer support program for vulnerable families.
Demonstrating that there are many meanings of care, and that care is embedded as intentional, collective structures and practices that are situated in communities and supported with wrap around professional input, works were created in collaboration with The Art Bus artists and researchers. Anthropologists from Adelaide University’s School of Social Sciences and Monash University were among the research team.
