Abdul-Rahman Abdullah: Everything Is True

Drawing on the narrative capacity of animal archetypes, crafted objects, and human presence, Perth-based artist Abdul-Rahman Abdullah aims to articulate physical dialogues between the natural world, identity, and culture agency, often exploring the different ways that memory can inhabit and emerge from familial spaces.

‘Everything Is True’ – the largest assembly of the artist’s sculptural work – is an emotionally charged journey through the artist’s memories, dreamscapes, and spiritual imagination, dealing with themes of life and death, dreams and reality.
